Husband's Favorite
This is my husband go to hand cream. He works at a golf course where he has to use his hands at all times. His job is outdoors and the creme protects him from the elements!! He appreciates that I think of him! A little more then the drugstore brand , but he is worth it!!

New formula is awful! Bring back the old formula!
I don't know what Aveda did to this, but it is different than in years past. It is thinner, it leaves a greasy film on your skin, and doesn't hydrate my hands as well. Pretty misleading to keep it in the exact same packaging and change the formula so people don't know they are getting a different product. This change is terrible. Bring back the old formula.

Something changed in this formula, now I can't use it
I used to love this product, but something must have changed in the formula. I went through a couple tubes of the last two months, but my hands are constantly dry and I seem to be having a reaction to something in it. I stopped use a couple days ago and won't be trying this product again.

Awful! This is not the hand cream it used to be!
You lost a customer. I have been buying Hand Relief for years - it used to be the best for moisturizing and had the best scent! It was part of my nightly ritual. I recently bought multiples for myself and daughter and was so disappointed to discover that you changed the formula - a lot! It's awful - nothing like it used to be. It's not even a hand cream - it is thin, watered down, makes my hands feel weird and does not have the wonderful scent it used to. It does not moisturize at all. My hands feel more dried out after using it, so I've stopped and will be returning it to the store. I can't believe you are trying to pass this product off as Hand Relief. It is not. Please bring back the wonderful hand cream that Hand Relief used to be.

Yikes- You have changed the formula
I have been using this creme for over 15 years...but immediately after getting my last order --- you could tell it was WATERED DOWN --- shame on you Aveda !!! There was nothing like it on the market - if you needed to up the price then do it...but, not cheapen your product .... so sad : (

I bought for gifts, I am so disappointed!
I have used Hand Relief for years. My office mates love borrowing it from my desk. I purchased for my coworkers for Christmas. I am so disappointed! I starting using my new tube and realized the formula has changed. It is watery and leaves a residue on your hands.

Formula Change and so disappointed
This formula has changed and now it's just a cheap greasy lotion. I have used this hand cream for over 15 years, the only one I have ever used, and I felt the difference immediately. The greasy feel it left behind and the scent was terrible. The original formula absorbed right away and left my hands soft and supple. Another brand ruined by Estée Lauder after years of leaving Aveda alone. Returning this to the store tomorrow.
